Always believing in this quote, Melodie started off my career as an Early Childhood Educator. Mentoring children and watching them grow brought her the greatest satisfaction back then. She enjoyed meeting people from all walks of life and started to build strong rapports with the parents.
7 years went by, everything came to a standstill she had the opportunity to switch career. She enjoyed speaking to people, helping them and believed that everyone has their worth. In Chinese, there is a saying "All things in their being are good for something." (天生我材必有用). She had the chance to help people find their worth, grow and succeed and became a professional headhunter in the Healthcare Industry, coordinating with hiring managers to seek candidates (Executive and Non-executive) according to their requirements.

Sarah always had an interest in helping others. She started her career as a preschool educator and quickly rose through the ranks to finally manage a school as a Principal. Wanting a fresh perspective while still tapping onto her interest in helping others, she made the switch into recruitment and found joy in building rapport with both her candidates and her clients to sincerely understand their wants and needs.
In her first 4 months while still learning the ropes she managed to successfully fulfil and place 45 roles (Executive to Managerial) with various companies. She works closely with the hiring department to understand their exact needs and streamline the selection process increasing accuracy in successful matches. Sarah goes the extra mile to provide career guidance and support to her candidates in their first few months on the job by checking up on them regularly. She believes in doing all that she can to assist her clients in hiring the right people for the right job with a long term view in mind.

She enjoys speaking to people, and sees their life experiences uniquely. She believes that in every industry, one's ability can enrich and make an impact in their position.
